But I didn't know people still listened to this style of rock. Is this band popular? They aren't to bad... But I dug the original one more the first 1000 times I heard it.

But I mean the nasally whiny ish. I thought that went out of style in 2007 with Fall Out Boy and Panic at the Disco. Idk I just get the same vibe.

Yeah I can see what you mean. I usually listen to alternative and classic rock so I was never really exposed to those artists. I posted this video because I found it interesting a few instruments and some distortion can make a terrible song into a decent song. No offense if you liked the Lorde original; I liked it when I heard it on an alt radio station, then it took off on the pop charts, became overplayed and I started to hate it.
